Camiselle

Scenes that could be memories of crimes or hallucinations…

THEATRE – STAGE SPACE

In a strip club, a nun is drinking and singing boleros in karaoke version. A lorry driver recognises her from a TV show about stolen children and wants to do business with her. A sexy nurse watches the scene. What we see could be the nun and lorry driver’s criminal activity or morphine-induced hallucinations in a cancer ward when the end is near.

Produced by La Pacheca Collective, a project launched by Ángel Mirou and Bea Insa, Camiselle is an emotional journey to the depths of man with the unsolved crime of stolen babies as its starting point. A scathing naturalistic tale bordering on the absurd, where reality and dreams get mixed up, where joy and nightmare become inseparable.
