Still Life

The seed of discrimination and bullying is everywhere

25 january 2019

Discrimination and bullying lead to repressed imagination and self-annihilation. In this show, it becomes clear that their seed is everywhere, especially in schools, where they show their paradoxical nature by laying bare the limits of the herd we should all fit into. A ‘massacre in five voices for one victim’ that speaks up against homophobic bullying and fights gender identity discrimination.

In this show, Ricci/Forte, a renowned theatre company from Italy, pay tribute to an adolescent in Rome (just one of many) who committed suicide by hanging from his pink scarf. Ricci/Forte see the theatre as a tool to communicate new ways of looking at reality, respecting the decisions and the nature of individuals.

A show in Italian with surtitles in Spanish and Basque
