LA CUBANA: LA CUISINE DE MA COUSINE

La Cubana returns to the stage with this “mad comedy” with a French-sounding title, *La cuisine de ma cousine* (*My Cousin’s Kitchen*). A “culinary melodrama” (“made in” Cubana, in their own style) that, on this occasion, takes us into the world of gastronomy. Using the typical “Cubanero” ingredients they have always made their trademark — humour, music, songs, colour, rhythm, surprises, participation and, this time, also plenty of local complicity — they will draw us into that “gastronomic madness” that has overtaken us all in recent times. A madness driven not only by the pleasure of eating well and savouring dishes for “small mouths”, but also by the need to be seen and to make sure everyone knows what we are eating and where we are eating it. This summer, Teatro Arriaga becomes the epicentre of world gastronomy. And that’s all we can reveal…
