In Menorca, guided by matriarch Mencia, a family of five women sets off on a boat trip to Isla del Aire (Air Island). The disappearance of Mencia’s eldest grand-daughter, Helena, is on everyone’s mind and Mencia will use this trip to make her daughters and grand-daughters face the truth and the secrets that they have been hiding.
Nevertheless, as she has announced it herself, it is no secret that Nuria Espert, one of the great dames of the stage, has decided that this show will be her swansong. The Arriaga Theatre has the honour of bidding farewell to the great Nuria Espert, accompanied on stage by an amazing cast directed by Mario Gas.
