EXODUS
A humanity devastated by the mistakes of the past, a world ravaged by excesses and abuses.
*EXODUS* presents a humanity devastated by the mistakes of the past, a world ravaged by excesses and abuses. This experimental opera focuses on a group of people, repudiated and exiled, called “The Degraded,” who survive in a metallic and hostile environment. Forgotten, dishonoured beings, they must fulfill penance, always accompanied by shame. Sacrifice and control are their only means of salvation to survive.
A tragic event triggers a drastic change. A new way of feeling emerges from some of the degraded, sparking a situation of extreme loss of control. The search for the human condition and its rebellion will bring consequences, both physical and spiritual.
The work is fueled by the revolution for freedom and the very need to find forgiveness.
