24 to 27 september 2015

From the winner of the Pulitzer Prize, David Lindsay-Abaire, “Good People” is a prizewinning play, highly-acclaimed by Broadway critics and audiences alike. Full of humour, emotion and sensitivity, it explores the challenges, loyalties and desires that a normal adult must experience in the search for a new opportunity in life.

Welcome to the real world. Welcome to the life of Margie (Verónica Forqué), a woman who is almost sixty, a single mother of a forty-year-old disabled daughter. Margie has just been sacked and we all know that in real life there are not many job offers for a woman like her. But Margie reconnects with Mike (Juan Fernández), her teenage love, now a well-to-do, prestigious doctor, forty years later. Margie, who has never asked for help from anyone in her life, may have to make an exception.
