Born in Granada, trained in New York with Martha Graham, and now living in Paris with her own theatre company… Blanca Li is a great filmmaker, choreographer, dancer and actress; an artist who is constantly renewing herself and who draws on a wide range of styles from flamenco to ballet, and street dance. Everything starts and is completed with the energy of movement and dance.

“Solstice” is her most committed show to date. It celebrates the beauty, power and energy, as well as the fragility of Nature and Humanity. Fourteen incredible dancers and a percussionist bring this show to life, and through the power of dance combined with scenery, costumes, video, lighting and music, they evoke the disorder of our ecosystem.
